Your testers and users report a bug with an auto-screenshot and full context. One script tag on any site. Reports land as tickets in your tracker — and the reporter is told when it's fixed.
↙ This very page runs Bugfix. Hit the 🐞 button in the corner.
The problem
Screenshots scattered across chats, no page URL, no console errors, no way to reproduce. And the person who reported it never hears back.
How it works
Anyone on your site can file a usable bug report — no account, no app.
A floating button on your site. The reporter picks bug, idea, or “confusing”, and types what happened.
Bugfix grabs a screenshot plus context: URL, screen size, font-scale, user agent and recent console errors.
A ticket is created in your tracker. Close it as done — the report is marked fixed, linked by id, ready to notify the reporter.
Features
Captured from the DOM (html2canvas), taken before the form opens.
URL, viewport, font-scale, UA and recent console errors — attached automatically.
Screenshots go to a private bucket, served only through a guarded endpoint. Never public.
Each report becomes a task in your tracker — routed to the right project.
Linked by id, not by text. Close the ticket → the report flips to “fixed”.
A single script tag. Works on any stack — static, PHP, React, anything.
Fully isolated — never clashes with your site's styles or scripts.
The widget loads from the hub. Improvements reach every site automatically.
